Cancellation Policy

To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our updated booking policies: Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of $10 is required to secure all appointments, including those reserved through third-party platforms such as Groupon. This fee confirms your scheduled time and supports our commitment to personalized service. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum notice of 24 hours. This consideration allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain the quality of our services. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full value of the scheduled service. This policy ensures that our team’s time and resources are respected.
