Services may include: • Gentle bodywork or massage to promote healing and reduce swelling • Abdominal or womb care to encourage proper muscle recovery • Assisted stretch and light movement to release tension • Herbal support or yoni steam (if cleared postpartum) • Emotional grounding and support in a safe, calming space Each session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re looking for relief, rest, or just a moment to breathe. Cancellation Policy

This fee confirms your scheduled time and supports our commitment to personalized service. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum notice of 24 hours. This consideration allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain the quality of our services. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full value of the scheduled service. This policy ensures that our team’s time and resources are respected.
